Victoria Martin

Victoria Martin practices estate planning, trust administration, and probate law, and leads ArchAngel Trust and Probate Services, APC. Her work begins from a simple conviction: estate planning is an act of love. What a family signs today is what protects them on the worst day of their lives.

Raised in a family-owned planning practice in Apple Valley, Victoria grew up watching families face the hard moments — a parent losing capacity, a death without documents, a business with no succession — and she saw firsthand how much easier those moments are when the planning was done properly. As an attorney with an extensive financial background, she is unusually equipped to see the whole picture.

Victoria believes a plan only works when every part of it agrees. A trust that is never funded, a deed left in the wrong name, or a beneficiary designation that quietly overrides the documents will undo an otherwise excellent plan. Because the attorney and the estate planning associate work the plan together, in house, titling is checked against the trust, beneficiary designations are reviewed alongside it, and tax consequences are considered before anything is signed — so a client's wishes are actually carried out, in the most prudent and economical manner possible.
