We like to say that we welcome new clients like family. Many of the families we serve have worked with us for decades, and now their children do as well.
Coordinated across the whole plan
Our strong financial experience gives us insight into the complexities and nuances of coordinating your plan across the estate plan, financial plan, and tax plan — and we coordinate with your current advisors so titling, beneficiaries, and taxes are checked against the trust documents.
Plain language
Your estate plan should make sense to you and to the people you love. You should understand how it works, why it is structured the way it is, and be able to explain the basics to your spouse and children. If it still feels confusing, our work is not finished.
Out of probate court
A properly drafted and funded living trust avoids the expense, delay, and public nature of California probate. The goal is to make things easier for the people you love and to help ensure your wishes are carried out as smoothly as possible.
